Enrich candidate data in Bullhorn by mass updating skills

Are you recording skills as part of your candidate data in Bullhorn? We often see clients leaving these fields blank, but they can be hugely useful in speeding up the search for suitable candidates.

In this video, Lee Godwin (Relationship Manager, Kyloe) shows how you can use Kyloe DataTools to update the primary and secondary skills on a tearsheet of candidates created in Bullhorn.

This allows you to apply the desired skills to a list of candidates in just a few clicks, enriching your data so that you and your teammates will easily be able to search for candidates with specific skills in future.

This isn’t the only thing you can do with skills in DataTools – whether you want to update old skills values with new values, or add new primary skills based on secondary skills, Kyloe DataTools can help.
