These products enable our clients, who are recruitment companies, to operate more effectively.
Since joining Kyloe I have been exposed to a wealth of knowledge that I am always trying to soak up.
I now have a deep understanding of how recruitment businesses operate as well as general business operations. I have been able to continue to develop my sales skills further, as well as personal skills that tie into the job (communication skills, listening skills, professionalism etc.).
My three favourite things about Kyloe are:
- Being able to work with global clients from Orkney.
- Being able to deliver a solution to a business' problem, and see the solution have a positive impact on the business.
- Getting to grow with the business and earn an income doing something I feel passionate about.
My advice for anyone looking to start with a company like Kyloe?
