As Head of Product Management, Delivery and Support, Simon heads our Product teams to ensure our clients receive exceptional service - from seamless product implementation to ongoing client support.

With over two decades of experience in software spanning support, development, consultancy, and product management, Simon brings a holistic understanding of the client journey and a strong focus on delivering value at every stage. His leadership is instrumental in aligning our delivery and support functions to meet the evolving needs of our clients worldwide.

Before joining Kyloe, Simon ran a successful piano teaching practice and later relocated to the happiest place on earth – Orkney - which he now calls home.
