What do you want to be remembered for?
Being the man that made recruitment easier.
What does a typical work day look like?
I get up at 6am, and either go to my PT or catch a train to London. Stewart and I catch up at 0805 for 20 minutes to discuss what has happened the day before and what needs to be done that day. Arriving the Bullhorn office and catching up with the team in London on current projects. Most days we will have conversations with the Bullhorn team about current or future client projects. There will be a coffee or lunch with a future employee (you always have to be recruiting!). The afternoon will include some form of follow up project call and advising the sales team on any new proposals or speaking to clients. Once we pass 2pm, I have a morning check in with our US Team. When I am staying over I will have drinks or dinner with an old contact before a late night/early morning call with Australia. Bed at 11pm.
