Background
The Planet Group, had experienced phenomenal growth over a 3 year period and realised their existing CRM was no longer supporting them. They needed a new CRM to both improve efficiency and support their continued growth. In Autumn 2016 they took the decision to move all of their 150 global employees over to the Bullhorn platform.
The Kyloe solution
To help roll out the CRM platform globally, The Planet Group brought on Kyloe, Bullhorn's global implementation partner. Kyloe quickly set up a team to support the new roll out. With such tight deadlines and multiple business leaders in different locations, a cohesive and structured strategy was needed.
