As a Project Manager, Sari Brown works closely with our clients and internal teams to plan and manage a variety of projects. Sari has expert experience in delivering Bullhorn ATS, Bullhorn Automation, Onboarding, Bullhorn to Bullhorn data migrations and data updates.
What aspect of your job do you find the most rewarding? It's a great feeling when a big project that we've been working on comes to an end and you can see the impact of the results for the client after all the hard work that everyone has been putting into it.
Biggest mistake a recruitment company can make? The biggest mistake you can make is to to neglect your data. You could have the most brilliant and skilled consultants in the world, but if your data is rubbish, you are not going to be able to find the right candidates and manage your client base efficiently. So in my opinion, the most important thing that a recruitment company should focus on is their data.
Outside of work, what do you enjoy doing in your free time? I enjoy spending time with my family and being outdoors. I also love knitting - I am making a pair of woollen socks at the moment!
