Becky Townsend (Client Relationship Manager) shares what its like to be part of the Customer Success team at Kyloe.
Customer success is all about helping our clients get the most out of their products and being their voice within Kyloe
I provide our clients with reporting and analytics on their usage of our products, to help them understand how they’re using it and how they can best adopt them for their specific needs.

When I joined Kyloe, I hadn’t worked in the recruitment industry or SaaS – so it was all new! Now I chat with clients across the globe on a regular basis, and ensure that I am a friendly point of contact for them. I'm building up my knowledge all the time which helps me better understand our clients’ needs.

Don’t worry if you have never worked in the industry before and its all new to you too – Kyloe has a very supportive environment to learn in!

The best thing about working at Kyloe is the people
- both our clients and our team. Having the opportunity to meet and work with people all over the globe is amazing, and I can confidently say that some of the people I work with now will be friends for life.

  1. I enjoy going Sea Swimming with other Kyloevians – even if the north sea is very cold!
  2. I have a Husky – she’s called Luna and there is hair all over my house 
  3. Once upon a time, I was going to train as a Sushi Chef!
