As Customer Support Team Lead, Fraser ensures clients get the most from our Kyloe solutions by providing exceptional support and leading his team to uphold the highest standards.
With six years of expertise and experience across the business, he assists clients with both Kyloe solutions and Bullhorn, addressing technical and non-technical questions to help them maximise the value of their tech investment. Fraser also provides use-case examples and tailored solutions for essential processes, easing pressure on clients and enhancing their overall experience.
What motivates you in your role?
Deriving value through positive interactions with people is what drives me. I’m a very people-oriented person, passionate about my role in helping others achieve their goals and bring their ideas to life. I always go the extra mile to find a solution for a client, and knowing I’ve done everything I can for them, along with the rewarding recognition of effort and client feedback, is what truly motivates me. Outside of work, what do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I love being hands-on and active. Whether I’m out cruising, exploring, or just relaxing during downtime, Blue is always by my side. Aside from my time with Blue, I enjoy working on project cars from time to time, restoring them to roadworthiness.
Can you share a memorable or favourite success story from your experience helping one of our clients?
Within my first three months at Kyloe, I worked with a client on a Product Consultancy project, which I believe involved implementing Kyloe Publish. At the end of the project, the client was so pleased with my work and the effort I had put in that they provided a testimonial.
