As a Technical Support Analyst, James Townsend provides first-line support to Kyloe customers, assisting with Kyloe products, services, and general inquiries to ensure a smooth client experience.

With four years of experience at Kyloe, James specialises in troubleshooting issues and answering client questions related to the Kyloe product suite. His knowledge of our products, combined with his coding skills in HTML and JavaScript, allows him to provide effective solutions and technical support tailored to our clients needs.
What motivates you in your role?

I’m motivated by knowing I can help our clients get the most out of their Kyloe solutions. It's also very rewarding being able to assist a client with an issue that’s preventing them from doing their job, knowing I helped them get back up and running.


Outside of work, what do you enjoy doing in your free time?

I’m a big fan of all sports - though I don’t partake as much these days, I still love to follow the action!
