My team help companies to move onto or get the most out of Bullhorn products
We understand the specific needs of their business and work with them to find out how Bullhorn Products can help. My role is split between mentoring and developing our team of consultants and working on client projects, so I'm still very much “on the tools”!

There's so much included in the implementation and beyond
In my first years at Kyloe, 'moving onto Bullhorn' and data migration was the focus, which included consulting and training. Today, as Bullhorn have expanded, their products can be used by a broader range of recruitment businesses. Most projects now include additional products such as Herefish, Canvas, Onboarding, or custom functionality we are developing for them. Often, clients are planning to include marketplace partners so we collaborate closely with these other partners as part of the implementation.

Kyloe have a strong team of talented individuals
Everyone has their own unique skills and experiences that they contribute. As a growing company things are always changing so there's always something new to learn about. There is great flexibility; as we're a global team, a lot of 'Kyloevians' were already working from home before COVID-19, so it was an easy process for the rest of us to do the same.

Who might be interested in joining Kyloe?
The Consulting and Training team is made up from a mix of CRM providers, Bullhorn Marketplace partners, and people with experience from working at end clients, typically operational or IT roles.

Of course we have a whole host of other roles we recruit for too, from software development right through to accounts and finance, and we're always interested to hear from people who share our values!

3. I eat a plant-based diet. I stopped eating meat in Jan 2016 and have never looked back!

4. I do 10-15mins of meditation each morning - I highly recommend the Headspace app for getting started.
