Ben Fuller, VP of Product Sales for the US, brings over 15 years of Bullhorn expertise and more than 20 years in the recruitment industry. He specialises in helping clients maximise their use of Bullhorn through innovative product solutions that integrate seamlessly with Bullhorn - including GenAIdata quality and document automation.
What motivates you in your role?
It's great getting to see the end results of implementing a solution that truly solves our customers problems.

Biggest mistake a recruitment company can make?
Not having a clear understanding of their problems, missing input from key personas, lacking a long-term strategy, and not investing enough in adoption.

Outside of work, what do you enjoy doing in your free time?

I enjoy spending time traveling with my family and coaching my son's sports teams.

Over my last 18 months working at Kyloe, one of the consistent success stories is how we are helping Bullhorn customers with managing their data integrity. This has provided an increase in their efficiencies across automation, analytics, and AI, which is great to see!
