Underestimating the importance of proper data management and training. A poorly implemented system or untrained team can lead to inefficiencies and missed opportunities
Outside of work, what do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I love travelling, live music, drinking margaritas, exploring new cuisines, and spending time with friends and family.

One of my most memorable successes was implementing Bullhorn for a client with 100 users across seven countries. This experience not only showcased the scalability and adaptability of Bullhorn but also provided me with the foundational knowledge I use today to support our clients across the globe.
