What aspect of your job do you find the most rewarding?
It's great getting to lead multiple teams towards achieving a common goal and seeing the project progress from planning to completion.
We also get to witness the impact of our work, whether it's implementing a new Bullhorn system, completing a data migration seamlessly, or seeing people embrace new skills through training, knowing that our efforts make a positive difference and improves efficiency is truly fulfilling.
Something interesting you’re working on right now?
It's been a super busy period, but I’m excited about two internal projects in particular. One is the review and restructuring of our internal knowledge base which will allow for improvement of Kyloe’s processes.
The other project, which I’m especially enthusiastic about, is the review and redesign of our processes, which will improve our efficiency and shorten the time projects take to deliver.
These two initiatives combined will enable Kyloe to deliver projects faster, more efficiently and with a revamped knowledge base.
Outside of work, what do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I like to read and listen to books when I’m at home, and I’m a DIY enthusiast so I often have a little project going on. I also enjoy the outdoors, surfing, cycling, hiking, road trips, and camping out in the wild.
