As a project Manager, Taryn Lowe ensures our clients get the best and most personalised service when implementing Bullhorn ATS, to allow them the smoothest transition from one system into Bullhorn. Taryn also has expertise in delivering Bullhorn Automation, Onboarding and custom development work.
What motivates you in your role? Genuinely, my clients are my biggest motivation. I love building the relationship with my clients throughout the implementation process, solving any problems and working through complex migrations to give them the best possible service.
Biggest mistake a recruitment company can make? Thorough user testing is so important during an ATS implementation project, underestimating this can be a huge mistake for recruitment companies.
Outside of work, what do you enjoy doing in your free time? I have two young girls so I am kept very busy! But aside from that, I love working with my laser to design and make bespoke wood, acrylic and print items.
Favourite project you’ve worked on? I've had the privilege of working on many incredible projects, each of which have been so rewarding, thanks to the strong relationships built with our clients.
If I had to pick a standout, it would have to be our project with Handle Recruitment. It was particularly memorable because of the exceptional collaboration within our team to handle such a complex project. We managed a Bullhorn-to-Bullhorn split, dealt with various client dependencies, and integrated custom-built applications alongside pay and bill systems.
The planning for the go-live was intricate, involving a complex set of payroll rules, but through effective teamwork and communication, we delivered the project smoothly with a great result for our client.
