What I am hearing so far in 2022
For those wondering what the Kyloe team is hearing from our product team conversations so far this year, it can be summed up in 1 word… reporting.
If you struggle with Bullhorn Canvas, you are not alone. With all that said, it is an extremely powerful tool and though you need IBM Cognos and reporting principles to use it, you have a ton of support now from Bullhorn’s SI partners, including Kyloe.

Anyway, most of my conversations in April were either about Kyloe Canvas+ reports or about using Kyloe DataTools to get a company’s data in good shape so they can have meaningful reporting.
Save time and money
The other part of these conversations is about how much time is being used to generate key reports and how Kyloe Canvas+ reports, plus some custom work, can be cost-effective way to avoid paying for the build of an entire net new report.
Clean up your data
Now cleaning up data should be a no-brainer for companies. Better data quality helps reporting and automation and will also help keep your recruiters and sales folks in Bullhorn. Yes, your recruiters will go to the job boards if they cannot use the data in Bullhorn (think lots of candidates with no phone numbers or emails).
Don't get overwhelmed
To sum this up, make sure you have a plan on how to use your ATS, continuously train your team to use it the way you prescribe and then you can take advantage of good reporting and automation. If you are currently a mess then reach out to Kyloe - there are a few no-code ways to clean your mess up.
