The Kyloe solution
As the Bullhorn specialists (with over 250 implementations completed!), Kyloe has the in-depth knowledge and expertise required to merge Bullhorn databases effectively.
After agreeing on a Statement of Work, Davies Resourcing Solutions were assigned a Kyloe project team to help ensure their merge was executed smoothly and on time.
Davies Resourcing Solutions also created a dedicated internal project team who were assigned to partner with Kyloe and support with delivering the project. This included super users from both Davies Resourcing Solutions and Grovelands who communicated with their Bullhorn users and gathered feedback for the project group.
As part of the merge, there was some data remapping required as well as deduplication of records. The make sure their Bullhorn was providing maximum value going forward, Davies Resourcing Solutions took the opportunity to refine the fields they were using as part of their Bullhorn setup and introduced some more mandatory fields which are working effectively in capturing the data they need.
