Background
After a long consulting period, i-Pharm decided to implement Bullhorn as their new CRM system, however, they had a large amount of data on their existing CRM that needed to be transferred as well as needing to train their entire workforce on a completely new system - all with minimal disruption to the sales floor.
The Kyloe solution
Kyloe’s data migration team were quickly put through their paces, working on data transformation and migration as well as having to sort through large amounts of data to decide what needed to be transferred. Our Project Manager worked closely with the teams across the i-Pharm offices to ensure that everyone was trained up on the new CRM and ready for Go Live.

Migration, implementation and all staff training completed across four offices in just 14 weeks.
