The Moo-ve it challenge was a really fun experience. I’ve liked hearing about what other people have been doing – there’s such a mix of interests.
Tracking things has made me a lot more mindful. I’ve used my Peloton a lot more and even seeing my step count in miles has been helpful – I’ve managed to hit my goal of 12,500 steps every day (give or take 1 or 2 days!).
One of my highlights has been seeing all of the beautiful parks in and around Chicago – there’s so much free activity out there. I’ve also enjoyed breaking up the day by going for a walk – it helps to clear my head and I plan to continue doing this.
