I help our clients move from their old system to the Bullhorn platform
I explain to our clients how to match their current data to the new database, so that our data engineer can “lift and shift” the data into the new system. I’m also responsible for the configuration, to make sure that the system looks and works as per their business needs. Last but not least, I help them fix issues encountered on the way and train them as needed.
I find the diversity of the recruitment and staffing industry fascinating
I’ve been in tech/IT for over a decade but I’m relatively new to the recruitment industry. I wanted to work for a fast paced, dynamic company for a long time; the recruitment industry seemed to tick all the boxes, and with Kyloe it’s possible in a great environment.
It feels like my knowledge has evolved exponentially since starting at Kyloe
I come from an Implementation Consultant background so was able to pick up the system knowledge quickly, and an induction at the HQ in Orkney helped to build a solid foundation for the industry and business knowledge. The atmosphere is very supportive - whenever I have questions, the Kyloe team have been very helpful (and patient!) – we’re all in this together.
The journey at Kyloe is similar to the launch of the spaceship…
… it starts out relatively slowly and when it hits a level, it shifts to lightspeed to discover space. Some planets, routes will be well known but there are many more to explore which makes the journey exciting, and the crew is superb!
