I’ve found a balance to satisfy my tech interest and people skills
I’m a self-proclaimed geek who always tries to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the tech world. In a previous role, I realised I really enjoyed working directly with clients, helping them to improve their process and increase revenues. So when the role at Kyloe arose – a perfect mix between tech and people - it was a no-brainer.
I have a much more rounded perspective now
Since starting at Kyloe, my knowledge of the industry has broadened hugely. I’ve gone from working with one CRM and a small pool of clients to a far larger client base and regular exposure to a wide variety of CRMs, which means different processes, different data capture, and different reporting. My knowledge of Bullhorn has also increased dramatically - not only do we use it day-to-day internally, but I speak to clients about its features and functionality every day too!
Trust is so important
The Kyloe team are very welcoming, and trust is a big thing here. Some projects can be quite challenging (in a good way!), and during those times it’s important that you can rely on your team mates. I always try to ensure I keep developing personally so that I can bring new ideas, with the aim of future-proofing solutions and delivering the best possible experience.
I’m excited about the future at Kyloe
At Kyloe I’ve been able to build some great relationships with clients and Bullhorn. I’m looking forward to growing these further, and helping clients achieve their goals, as well as contributing to Kyloe’s own success.
