For this weeks 'Meet the team' we meet Fraser Kenyon. Fraser is one of our Technical Support Analysts based in Orkney and joined the Kyloe team in 2019.
We caught up with Fraser to discover his favourite thing about working at Kyloe, as well as how his skills have developed!

What is your favourite thing about working at Kyloe? My favourite thing about working at Kyloe is the constant interaction I get with people from around the world, on a daily basis which is quite rare for jobs in Orkney.
How have you progressed since starting? I have gained a lot more confidence in myself since starting here at Kyloe. I feel I can finally say I am confident in what I do, providing a high quality, efficient support service to our clients.
How has Kyloe allowed you to use your skills? Kyloe has really allowed me to utilise my IT skills far beyond any previous Job in Orkney has allowed. Although I have worked in a few tech companies and had a few roles in customer service, none have allowed me to combine both my IT and Customer Service skills together like Kyloe has.
Kyloe is also the first place which has allowed me to use my HNC in Computing and apply the skills learned from this course to a job.
What are you most looking forward to when all lockdown restrictions come off? Getting off the island and exploring the mainland as I haven't had a chance to in my new car yet.
