As an Operations and Engagement Manager, she has her hand in Spectrum IT Recruitment's operations, marketing, IT and even finance. If anybody deserves recognition for being the backbone of the company, it's Lauren, and Camino Partners agreed recently naming her their Operations Unsung Hero!
