Apprentices are not only able to put their learning into practice but are also learning and developing important work-related skills such as leadership, communication, and analytical thinking.
“Whilst tourism and hospitality in Orkney have taken such a hit during the pandemic, we’ve been very fortunate that the tech industry has been able to remain resilient, which has allowed us to continue to grow and provide opportunities in a sector which is quite limited here.
Our vision is to sustain and grow an innovative business based in Orkney that delivers long term value to the recruitment industry, and we’re committed to investing in local talent that will help contribute to this shared goal. In previous years we’ve welcomed summer interns and are delighted to be able to provide apprenticeship opportunities now.”
