The workload is intense and challenging…
…and I love it! In my previous IC role, I worked on fewer projects but each project's timeline would span 1 year+. At Kyloe, I’m managing more projects, with shorter delivery times which was a big change for me. The projects I’ve delivered since joining Kyloe have been pretty complex and unique, meaning I’ve been able to expand my professional knowledge.
I’ve done everything from join a 5am Spin class while onsite with a client to travelling overseas with coworkers!
In addition to the professional aspects, there’s a focus on personal growth at Kyloe. Working as part of a company who shares your vision and morals is a great place to be; I really love my role and the people I work with - both coworkers and clients and made lifelong friendships that I’m so grateful for.
