Bullhorn Live - the largest recruitment technology conference in Europe – is less than 2 weeks away. For its fifth year, it has changed its structure from a one to a two-day event. The event provides separate days for C-suite and actual system administrators allowing both get full value. We are excited to be there again. But this is why you should be excited to attend!
Day one
This day is designed for recruitment execs to mingle, chat and discuss recruitment issues without being sold to. You can take the time to network and get the big picture ideas, with several networking opportunities. Plus, some incredible speakers share their views and opinion on issues impacting the recruitment industry and your business, like GDPR and Brexit.
I’m particularly looking forward to hearing Dennis van Weeren's (Director Operations, Vibe Group) thoughts on getting the best out of people. Additionally, Vibe’s project to embed Big data and AI in the recruitment process, will also be a big topic.
As every year, Art Papas, CEO of Bullhorn, will be presenting a keynote. I look forward to hearing his take on the economic and technological factors, affecting the next ten years of growth in the recruitment industry. One of the questions tackled by Art will be: how can businesses remain competitive and thrive in the light of the New Relationship Economy?
A big highlight for day one for me will be learning more about Novo. Novo is set to be a visual game changer for Bullhorn – it’s the biggest change in 4 years since Bullhorn moved from Gold to S release. It will be fully available in any language, and our Dutch, German and Belgian clients are very excited. Novo gives everyone the chance to evaluate how make Life even easier for their consultants, to save time and create opportunities for growth.
Day two
The second day of Bullhorn Live is set to be very functional, with a real emphasis on user admin and ‘how to do things’. There will be breakout sessions, opportunities for partner demonstrations at the Speed Pitch session and of course, the Innovation Throw-down. We are proud to be sponsor of Bullhorn live for the second year in a row. You can always visit me at our stand, or come and listen to Simon’s speed pitch 9 am on day 2.
GDPR is extremely topical right now. As the legislation is still not fully developed enough to understand what the risks are, recruiters are still unsure about what to do for the best. Day two of Bullhorn Live gives partners a chance to show how they work together to solve this problem.
We are also super excited to share news on our latest GDPR suite of apps, which we will be also be demonstrating on Stand 9, but that is for another blog.
